Improving lives for Coventry carers
Latest breaking news
We are delighted to announce Crossroads Care and Coventry Carers Centre have merged to provide a one stop shop to support carers.
To celebrate the merger the new charity will be called Carers Trust Heart of England and our aim is to support carers and those they care for with advice, information, training and practical support through the provision of breaks.
Carers Trust Heart of England will continue to provide all the services that each charity has always delivered but will also develop new services carers have told us they need. This is an exciting time for all of our staff as we move ahead into the second half of the current decade. We will continue to use our combined expertise to reach out to every family carer in Coventry and Warwickshire to ensure carers are aware of the support they may be entitled to and ensure we are providing individualized services to meet their needs and the needs of the person they care for.
Crossroads Care Coventry & Warwickshire has been providing a range of services to people in need of help, support and respite since 1974. Our ethos is to help and support those in need of care services in any way we possibly can with an approach that is both professional and sympathetic whilst maintaining the dignity and self-respect of our customers.
Our fully trained and highly qualified Care Support Workers have many years experience of looking after other peoples loved ones, so you can be assured you’re in safe hands.
